Hernia
A hernia is when an internal part of the body e.g. organ, pushes through a weakness in the muscle or surrounding tissue wall. Usually, your muscles are strong and tight enough to keep your intestines and organs in place; but sometimes they aren't, causing a hernia. The common type of hernias in the groin (inguinal),belly button (umbilical)and the site of a previous operation (incision). There are many more types but are rare.
Treatment
Hernias can be controlled by wearing a truss - a padded belt that acts as a support. Surgery is the only other option.
Prostatis
Prostatitis is an rubor of the prostate secretor usually made by a migratory bacterial infection originating from another component of the general anatomy. When this rubor develops all of a sudden, it is named acute prostasis; when it constructs up over clip, it is named chronic prostatitis. Having prostatitis is very unpleasant and a adult male who has it dwells a very unnatural and uncomfortable life - but having it is not the end of the existence; there are cures to it. While traditional cures are present and varied, there is another school of idea that believes natural cures for prostatitis are even more effective.
Treatment
Diet and Nutrition Cernilton (pollen extract marketed under the name of Prostabrit) has an anti-inflammatory effect on prostatic tissue.
Prostate Enlargement
Enlargement of the prostate gland is common in men over 50, although young men can also suffer. As the prostate enlarges, it puts pressure on the bladder and the urethra. This causes symptoms such as passing urine more frequently than usual, having to get up often during the night, weak, dribbling urine stream, and difficulty or delay in passing water.
Treatment
Diet and Nutrition A trained nutritionist might recommend zinc, antiglan, protat, and cerniltlill (Prostabrit). Drink plenty of fluids; cut out coffee. tea. and alcohol.
Herbal Medicine Use saw palmetto, fygeum, horsetail, and couch grass. The first two taken together are particularly effective.
Consult a qualified practitioner/therapist for:
Acupuncture Particular attention is paid to pressure points on the Bladder, Large Intestine, Spleen, and Kidney meridians.
Infertility
The usual reason for infertility is a low sperm count, or a complete absence of sperm, resulting in failure of your partner to become pregnant after six months.
Treatment
Excessive heat can reduce sperm production. Wear loose boxer shorts rather than close-fitting under, wear; avoid saunas and long soaks in hot baths. Splashing the testicles with cold water regularly each morning can raise the sperm count significantly.
Diet and Nutrition
High-potency multivitamins and minerals might be recommended; vitamin E can improve potency and fertility; zinc may assist growth and development of the sexual organs.
Sunburn
Sun protection is the best way to avoid sunburn, even on overcast days. Get smart about sunburns.
Treatment
Try taking a cool shower. NOT COLD. Taking a cold shower or bath can cause the body to go into shock. If you wish to take a bath, you can add vinegar to your water. The vinegar will take out the sting from the sunburn. You can also cook oatmeal and add it to your bath as well.
Potatoes can be used to relieve the pain from the sunburn. Take 2 potatoes and wash them well. Cut them into tiny chunks and place them into a blender. Liquefy the potatoes. If they are looking dry, add a little bit of water. Pat the areas with the potato juice. Wait until dry and then take a cool shower.
