It's a healthy, fit woman who wins the race and makes it to the top. After all, she has to beat the men. So, women need to be on high energy 24x7. Ask yourself, do you have enough oomph to get you through the day. Today's alpha woman needs to be a powerhouse of energy. The real enemies of energy are anxiety, stress and hopelessness. So, what is the secret of living longer and healthier as women's lives go through lifestyle changes?

Health is wealth but this old age proverb does not fit in the lifestyle of a modern woman. Therefore women succumb to increasing demands of high pressure life by neglecting themselves. They are so busy in balancing everyday jobs that they have no time left for proper exercise and rest. The stress and anxiety that busy career women lives with can be mellowed by spending a quite night with the hubby. Women with anxiety are suffering from 'hurried woman syndrome'. So one should not forget to find that 'half an hour' everyday to unwind.

Fitness and health patterns first change in the mind. When you are living a stressful life, you need to balance it. Women are motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle that makes them feel good, be independent and look great. It is very important for them to maintain a certain time management schedule, which will help them to manage their life.

Lifestyle changes are a must. Proper sleep is important as our body is not designed to function 24X7. Making small changes in your daily routine can be beneficial. However, women also believe they need to make changes in their lifestyle to improve their health. Look around you, more and more women have bad backs and necks. Backache is a consequence of heavy physical work or due to standing or sitting in one position for too long. Carrying too much weight also puts strain on your back. The pain can also be stress-related.

One challenge for most working women is that they are too busy to eat healthy. But women are currently engaged in healthy behaviours. Even 30 minutes of walking can have a positive impact on your health. Today women have extremely busy schedules, women are ringmasters in a never-ending family circus. In fact, one small changes to your everyday routine can make for a much happier, healthier you. It is often seen women are focused taking care of others. Now, they realize the significance of looking after their health, so that they can take better care of loved ones.
